Simple Halloween muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 250 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • Food coloring, green and orange
  • 1 bag of chocolate drops

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine all ingredients (except the food coloring) in a bowl. Mix on high for at least 2 minutes. Empty a quarter of the batter into another bowl and add the green food coloring. Add the orange food coloring to the remaining batter. Spread the orange batter into a prepared muffin tin (the muffin tins can either be greased or lined with paper baking cups). Spread the green batter on top, then arrange the chocolate chips on the batter to create two eyes and a mouth. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C on the middle rack for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool.
