Ingredients for 4 servings:
- e.g. rice, cooked leftovers
- 200 g flour, depending on the amount of the rest, should make about 500 g
- 4 eggs
- 500 ml milk
- ½ tsp baking soda
- Fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
also tastes good with homemade mashed potatoes
Mix all ingredients together and cook in batches in a pan with a little oil or margarine to make pancakes on both sides. Tastes delicious with applesauce, cinnamon sugar, or Nutella. Note: You can use cooked rice pudding or water pudding, or even leftover mashed potatoes.
