Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 2 tbsp coriander
- 2 tsp garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 chicken breast fillets
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 5 minutes
marinated, for grilling
Cut the chicken breast fillets into 2 cm pieces. Combine the remaining ingredients and place them in a freezer bag with the meat. Place the bag in the refrigerator for 24 hours, shaking occasionally. Soak 12 wooden skewers in cold water for 1 hour before grilling. Thread the meat pieces onto them and grill.
