delicious cookies, quick to make and very variable in ingredients

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Combine the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Cream the butter with both sugars, the cream powder, and vanilla extract until creamy. Stir in the eggs one at a time and mix well. Stir in the flour mixture in two batches, then add the chopped chocolate and, if desired, the chopped nuts, and mix everything well. Scoop 2 teaspoons of batter from the mixture and place small heaps of batter on the baking sheet, spaced well apart. Bake for about 8-10 minutes on the middle rack. Let them rest briefly on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool. You can be as creative as you like with the ingredients, depending on your own preferences. Cream powder is available in many flavors, and so is chocolate. The proportions just have to be right for the cookies to turn out well.
