Mackerel – Pineapple – Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can pineapple
  • 2 cans of fish (mackerel fillet), in oil
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the pineapple very finely (approx. 5 x 10 mm). Drain the oil from the mackerel fillets and mash them with a fork. Mix everything with the mayonnaise and season with salt. Serve with toasted bread.
