Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g surimi
  • 100 g Gouda, grated
  • 5 eggs, boiled
  • 1 can of corn
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • salt and pepper

easy and fast

Chop the surimi and eggs into small pieces. Add the Gouda and corn and mix with the sour cream and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
