Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g herb cream cheese
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • 1 tbsp, heaped chives
  • 1 small onion(s), finely diced
  • 1 tbsp, heaped salsa
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Boil the diced onions with 2 tablespoons of water, allowing the water to evaporate. Let cool. Whisk the cold onions and the other ingredients in a bowl until no lumps remain. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, and lemon juice. Let it marinate in the refrigerator. Tip: This also works without the salsa. It’s less spicy then.
