Zucchini – minced meat – pan with cream cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 onions
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 kg zucchini
  • 1 pack of cream cheese with spicy herbs
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the onions and fry in oil until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly and crispy, then season with salt and pepper. Halve the leek and cut into 1 cm wide strips. Slice or dice the zucchini (use only the firm flesh of thick zucchini). Add the vegetables to the minced meat and fry for 5 minutes. Add the cream cheese and let it melt. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika.
