a dessert that is not so sweet

Squeeze half an orange and squeeze the juice into a small bowl. If you like, you can add a little orange liqueur. Or if the juice is too tart, stir in a little coconut blossom syrup. Take the cream cheese with a tablespoon of the juice from the package (or from a sieve if you’re making your own) and add it to the orange juice. Drizzle with a little coconut blossom syrup and garnish with freshly grated lime zest. I let 1 kg of homemade yogurt drain overnight in a sieve to make a delicious cream cheese (there are cream cheese makers with a lid for this). Alternatively, you can use store-bought cream cheese. Homemade cream cheese will take about 12-15 hours to drain.
