Pineapple cream cheese dessert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pineapple pieces, canned
  • 2 cl rum
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 200 g cream cheese, natural
  • 1 tbsp, heaped sugar, brown
  • 80 g cream
  • 50 g hazelnut nougat cream

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the well-drained pineapple pieces with rum, honey, and lime juice. Divide between four bowls. Mix the cream cheese with the sugar, whip the cream until stiff peaks form, mix with the cream cheese, and pipe onto the pineapple pieces. Heat the hazelnut spread and drizzle over the cream cheese. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Sprinkle with a little brown sugar.
