Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 large garlic clove(s), squeezed
  • 1 dashes lemon juice (alternatively lime juice)
  • 2 tbsp chives (chives)
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Curry powder (Madras curry)
  • e.g. cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious variation of sour cream

Stir the sour cream with all the ingredients until smooth. The mixture should have a creamy consistency. If it’s too thick (depending on the type of sour cream), you can make it a little creamier with a dash of sweet cream. The cream should definitely be allowed some time to set. It tastes great with grilled meat, white bread, boiled potatoes, or as a dip for raw vegetables. Note: It’s not advisable to replace the sour cream with sour cream, as this will completely alter the flavor.
