Applesauce Bundt Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 300 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 tsp, levelled cinnamon sugar
  • 250 g applesauce
  • Fat for the mold
  • breadcrumbs
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Beat the butter with eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until fluffy. Combine the flour, cinnamon, and baking powder and gradually stir into the batter along with the applesauce. Grease a bundt pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the batter and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (350°F) for about 60 minutes (convection oven). Dust with powdered sugar.
