  • 5 large apples, peeled and sliced

Mix the dough ingredients into a shortcrust pastry. Pour into a greased springform pan and press up the sides. Mix together the sour cream, cream, custard powder, egg, sugar, and lemon juice. Fold in the sliced ​​apples and place on top of the dough. Don’t be surprised, it will be rather runny, but it will set. Bake at 175°C fan oven (preheated) for about 60 minutes.
