simple and very tasty with grilled food

Remove the butter from the refrigerator some time before preparation and allow it to come to room temperature. Cream the softened butter in a mixer until fluffy. Mix in the finely chopped herbs, lemon or lime juice, and spices. Place on a piece of baking paper and roll into a roll of any size—or pipe small heaps onto the baking paper using a piping bag with the serrated nozzle. Let it set in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Tastes great with grilled food and other meat and vegetable dishes. Note: The herb butter keeps well in the refrigerator for a few days; otherwise, it can be frozen.
