Spicy chive blossom butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 1 handful of flowers (chive flowers)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cream the soft butter until creamy. Pick the individual leaves from the chives and chop them finely. Finely chop the garlic and mix everything with the butter. Finally, season with salt and pepper. It goes wonderfully with fresh baguette.
