Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 ½ kg pork neck, removed from the bone
- 1 ½ bottles of tomato ketchup
- 500 g vegetable onions
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp Tabasco
- ½ jar pepper, green, pickled
- 4 clove(s) garlic, chopped

Slice the meat and slice the onions. Mix the tomato ketchup with the remaining ingredients. Layer the meat, onions, and sauce in a casserole dish and let it marinate for about 24 hours. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 1 hour. Serve with baguette.
