Pickled pork neck in fiery sauce

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg pork neck, removed from the bone
  • 1 ½ bottles of tomato ketchup
  • 500 g vegetable onions
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tabasco
  • ½ jar pepper, green, pickled
  • 4 clove(s) garlic, chopped

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes

Slice the meat and slice the onions. Mix the tomato ketchup with the remaining ingredients. Layer the meat, onions, and sauce in a casserole dish and let it marinate for about 24 hours. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 1 hour. Serve with baguette.
