Sweet Potato Pan

The perfect sweet potato pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 small Broccoli
  • 1 size Sweet potato
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 2 Chicken breast fillet
  • 4 Spring onions
  • Oil
  • 1 Can Coconut milk
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • Ground cumin
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Divide the broccoli into small florets and briefly blanch in salted water – quench
  2. Peel the sweet potato and ginger, cut into small cubes, chop the chicken breast fillet and the spring onion.
  3. Heat a little oil in a pan, fry the chicken on all sides, remove from the pan.
  4. Now add the sweet potato with the ginger and broccoli and fry over a medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  5. Add coconut milk, lemon juice and cumin, simmer for another 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Now fold in the spring onions and the chicken and heat again.
