Potato and vegetable pan with tartar balls

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 180 g tartar
  • 400 g potatoes, cooked
  • 1 can mushrooms, heads
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • possibly parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

WW – suitable

Season the tartar with salt and pepper and form into small balls (about 20 balls). Heat oil in a large pan and fry the balls. Meanwhile, drain the mushrooms and beans and dice the potatoes. Add the potatoes to the balls and fry until crispy. Then add the mushrooms and season to taste. Finally, stir in the beans, heat through, and sprinkle with parsley.
