Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g rice, cooked (weighed raw)
- 250 g zucchini, coarsely grated
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- 1 egg(s)
- 3 tbsp cheese, grated (anything from Parmesan to Gouda will do)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Simply mix all ingredients together, pour into a greased casserole dish, and bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes. It tastes great on its own or as a side dish with pan-fried meat.
