Plum – cream cheese – yogurt cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 ml whipped cream
  • 300 ml natural yogurt
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 40 g biscuit(s), Amarettini (crumbled)
  • 250 g plum(s)
  • sugar, brown
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pit the plums and cut into pieces. Whip the cream until stiff, stir in the yogurt and cream cheese, add the amaretti crumbs, and finally, stir in the plum pieces with a spoon. Season with a little sugar and cinnamon. Divide the cream between glasses, sprinkle with brown sugar, and refrigerate for about 2-3 hours.
