A truly huge burger that will leave everyone full.
Preparation is key in this case so that everything is ready and, above all, warm at the same time. Slice the onion into half rings about 5 mm thick. Place all the rings in a bowl and mix with a good pinch of salt. Lightly fry the bacon in a pan on the grill so that it has time to cool down. Only then will it become really crispy. Form two equal-sized patties from the minced meat and grill over direct heat. When one side is done, turn the patties over and place them in the indirect area of the grill. Now season the tops and place one side of the halved Camembert on each patty. The onions should have absorbed enough water by now. Squeeze out the excess water and toss them in the same pan in which the bacon was cooked. The remaining bacon fat really flavors the onions. Simply mix the ingredients for the sauce. Everyone can now assemble the burger however they want.
