Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 pack of waffles (egg waffles), bought ready-made
  • 250 g raspberries, frozen
  • Butter for the mold
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 g whipped cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • possibly powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Grease the baking dish with a little butter. Preheat the oven to 155°C (311°F). Halve the egg waffles and layer them in the baking dish, alternating with the raspberries. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the whipped cream, custard powder, and a pinch of sugar. Pour the mixture over the raspberries and waffles. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes. If desired, you can dust the raspberry waffles with powdered sugar once they’ve cooled. It can also be made with other berries. Good luck and enjoy!
