Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 350 g sugar
  • 120 g butter
  • ⅛ liter milk
  • 150 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 8 large apples
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 75 g almonds (flaked almonds)
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

super fast and super tasty

Beat the sugar and eggs until fluffy. Bring the butter and milk to a boil and fold into the custard while still hot. Gradually fold in the flour and baking powder. Spread the mixture on a prepared baking sheet. Wash or peel the apples. Cut them into thin slices or pieces and arrange them on the dough. Combine the sugar, cinnamon, and flaked almonds and scatter them evenly over the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
