Super delicious sour cream cake with mandarins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 65 g sugar
  • 65 g butter
  • 200 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 packets of pudding powder (cream or vanilla flavor)
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 2 cans of tangerine(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the egg, 65g sugar, butter, flour, and baking powder together to form a dough. Roll out the dough and place it in a 28cm baking dish. For the filling, bring the milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, and pudding powder to a boil. Then let it cool. Fold the sour cream into the cooled pudding mixture. Pour the mixture onto the dough and scatter the drained mandarins on top. Bake in the oven at 170°C for about 55 minutes. Finally, bring the unsweetened cake glaze with the mandarin orange juice to a boil and spread it over the cake. Tip: In summer, make it with fresh raspberries.
