Super-quick fried egg cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup mineral water
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cans of peaches
  • Grease for the tray
  • possibly cinnamon
  • possibly sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Make a batter with eggs, vanilla sugar, sugar, mineral water, flour, and baking powder. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Whip the cream until stiff, fold in the sour cream, and spread it all over the baked base. Place the drained peaches on top and, if desired, sprinkle with a cinnamon-sugar mixture. Tip: It’s also delicious without peaches, just with cinnamon and sugar.
