Remove the raw smoked pork from the netting and cut into approximately 1 cm thick slices. Whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper if desired. Bread the meat slices. To do this, first coat them in breadcrumbs, then in the beaten egg, and then again in the breadcrumbs. Do not press the breadcrumbs down too firmly. Fry in hot fat or lard until golden brown. Serve with parsley potatoes, potato salad or mashed potatoes, and salad of your choice, and garnish with a slice of lemon or cranberries.
