Ingredients for 14 servings:
- 7 ciabatta rolls
- 2 packs of smoked salmon
- 1 pack of cheese, grated
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 ½ cups sour cream
- salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Cut the salmon into small strips and mix all the ingredients together, except for the rolls. Halve the ciabatta rolls and spread about 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each half. Don’t overdo it, or it will spread. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, until golden brown.
