Turkey breast fillet – salad with dill

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g turkey breast fillet(s), cooked
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 can pineapple
  • 4 cucumber(s) (pickled or pickled gherkins)
  • 2 onions, red
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 3 tbsp tartar sauce or mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Drain the corn, peas, and pineapple thoroughly. Dice the onion, cucumber, pineapple, and turkey breast. Finely chop the dill. Mix all ingredients and season with salt, pepper, dill, and 2-3 tablespoons of tartar sauce or mayonnaise.
