Chicken breast fillet salad with pineapple

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s), cooked
  • 1 can pineapple, pieces
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 jar onion(s) (pearl onions)
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Drain the corn, pearl onions, and pineapple thoroughly. Dice the pineapple and chicken breast. Finely chop the parsley. Mix all ingredients and season with salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons of sour cream and yogurt.
