  • 1 kg carrot(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • Fondor
  • Maggi
  • Spice mix (Maggi No. 4)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel and grate the carrots. Combine the oil, mustard, and mayonnaise, season with salt, pepper, Fondor, and Maggi, and mix well. Add the carrots, mix thoroughly, and let the salad marinate.
