Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 20 g butter
- 20 g flour
- 100 ml milk
- 50 g cream
- 100 g Cheddar cheese
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 1 pinch of chili flakes

Melt the butter over low heat and add the flour, milk, and cream. Cut the cheddar cheese into small pieces and mix in with the seasonings, stirring constantly until a creamy mixture forms. If the dip is still too thick, simply add a little more milk. Serve the warm dip immediately with the nachos.
