Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 pies (puff pastry tarts)
  • 1 pack of smoked salmon
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • chives
  • 1 lemon(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bake the puff pastry tarts according to the package instructions. Finely dice the salmon, leaving only one slice, and blend it with the crème fraîche. Fill the tarts with the cream. Cut the salmon slices into thin strips and roll them into roses. Garnish the tarts with salmon roses, chives, and lemon slices.
