Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 350 g pasta shells
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 cup of sour cream, approx. 200 g
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Broth powder, granulated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Dice the onion and fry it in a pan with the minced meat. Dice the zucchini and add it to the minced meat. Sauté for a few minutes. Then stir in the sour cream and pasta and season to taste.
