Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 3 peaches
- 75 g goat cheese
- 12 slices of bacon
- Honey
- sage
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash the peaches and dry thoroughly, then cut each into four pieces. Wash the sage and shake dry. Top each peach piece with a little goat cheese and place two sage leaves on top. Drizzle with a little honey and wrap the whole thing tightly in bacon to prevent the cheese from dripping out. Grill the peach wedges for about 10 to 15 minutes on all sides, until the bacon is crispy and brown.
