Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 500 g mascarpone
- 500 g skimmed milk yogurt
- 500 ml vanilla sauce
- 8 tbsp milk
- 4 packets of vanilla sugar
- 750 g strawberries, frozen
- 6 packets of vanilla sugar for the strawberries
- some white chocolate, grated

Combine the mascarpone, skimmed milk, yogurt, vanilla sauce, milk, and 4 packets of vanilla sugar, then chill. Thaw the strawberries, add 6 packets of vanilla sugar, blend, and chill. Just before serving, pour into glasses. First, add the mascarpone cream, then a little of the strawberry sauce, then the mascarpone cream again, and finally, a little more strawberry sauce. Sprinkle with white chocolate shavings.
