Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 500 g skimmed milk yogurt
  • 500 ml vanilla sauce
  • 8 tbsp milk
  • 4 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 750 g strawberries, frozen
  • 6 packets of vanilla sugar for the strawberries
  • some white chocolate, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine the mascarpone, skimmed milk, yogurt, vanilla sauce, milk, and 4 packets of vanilla sugar, then chill. Thaw the strawberries, add 6 packets of vanilla sugar, blend, and chill. Just before serving, pour into glasses. First, add the mascarpone cream, then a little of the strawberry sauce, then the mascarpone cream again, and finally, a little more strawberry sauce. Sprinkle with white chocolate shavings.
