Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100g spaghetti
  • 50 g smoked salmon
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 onion(s), some rings
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • some milk or cream or broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions. Drain and place in a saucepan. Mix the cream cheese with the milk (or cream or broth). Add the dill and pour over the pasta. Stir in the smoked salmon, garlic, and onions. Season with salt and pepper and stir over low heat for a few seconds. Done! Tip: If you like more sauce, simply double the cream cheese and liquid.
