Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g penne
  • 10 cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 1 can tuna, in oil
  • basil
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, dark
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, light
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the penne in salted water as usual for about 10-15 minutes. Quarter the cherry tomatoes, dice the mozzarella, drain the tuna, and chop the basil. Place everything in a bowl. Add the warm pasta. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar (light and dark), oil, and a little water. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well and serve.
