Fried herb gnocchi

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of gnocchi, from the refrigerated section
  • some salt
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 pack of mixed herbs (frozen or fresh)
  • 5 tomatoes, dried, in oil
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

simple but very tasty, can be supplemented with other ingredients as desired

Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into strips. Cook the gnocchi in salted water according to the instructions, drain, and set aside. Lightly toast the pine nuts in a pan. Add the butter, tomatoes, gnocchi, and herbs, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook for about 5 minutes. Turn occasionally. Finally, sprinkle the grated cheese over the top and let it melt slightly.
