Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 sprig of dill
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 stalk of chives
- 200 g sour cream
- 100 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp herb vinegar
- some salt and pepper

Finely chop the herbs and mix with the sour cream, yogurt, mustard, and honey. Season generously with salt and pepper and vinegar. The dressing tastes great with leaf salads and will keep for 2 days in the refrigerator.
