Gratin of spinach and fish

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 450 g leaf spinach (frozen)
  • 300 g fish fillet(s) (pollock or salmon)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 150 g cheese (Emmental or Edam), grated
  • Salt
  • Pepper, red
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Defrost the spinach leaves. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Drizzle the fish with lemon juice. Season both sides with salt and red pepper and cut the fish into pieces so that the bottom of a baking dish is covered with fish. Season the spinach with nutmeg and pour over the fish. Sprinkle with cheese. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes. Serve with saffron rice or baked potatoes.
