Pork loin steak on bell peppers

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g steak(s) (pork loin steaks)
  • 1 large bell pepper(s)
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 shot of white wine
  • 100 ml cream or Cremefine
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • some parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Pepper and celery vegetables in cream sauce

Wash the vegetables and cut into strips. If you like, you can trim the fat from the steak. Sauté the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, then deglaze the vegetables with a splash of white wine and sauté for about 2 more minutes. Then add the cream (or Cremefine) and simmer on low heat, add some parsley, and season with chili. Meanwhile (while adding the cream to the vegetables), season the meat and sauté for a few minutes. Once the meat is fried, the vegetables have simmered enough. Transfer the vegetables to a plate, place the meat on top, and serve.
