  • Margarine, unhydrogenated
  • Salt
  • 3 eggs

Melt the unhydrogenated margarine, finely dice the onion, and lightly fry. Peel the potatoes, slice them, and add them to the pan. Sprinkle with seasoning salt. Turn 1-3 times. Add 3 eggs, season with salt, and mix everything together. Let the eggs set. Serve.
