Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp cream, whipped
  • 1 tsp brandy
  • some horseradish (jar)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for shrimp, lobster and other cocktails

Combine mayonnaise with ketchup, horseradish, and brandy. Carefully fold in the whipped cream. Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste.
