- 1 banana(s)
- 150 g yogurt, 1.5%
- 2 tbsp whole grain oats
- 1 mango(s)
- 30 g muesli (fruit)

Fills you up and keeps you fit
Place the banana, oats, and yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth. Cut the mango into bite-sized pieces and divide them between two bowls along with the fruit muesli. Pour the yogurt over the top and stir briefly. This recipe is easy to vary. For example, you can use other fruits or add nuts. I occasionally add a prunes or two to the muesli. The muesli also tastes great with cinnamon.
