Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs, boiled
- 4 slices of ham
- some cocktail tomatoes or radishes
- some cream cheese or processed cheese
- some cress or dandelion
Instructions

Halve the peeled eggs, spread a thin layer of cream cheese over the ham slices. Place an egg half on each slice and fold the excess over the egg. Garnish with halved cocktail tomatoes or radishes. Secure the top with a toothpick. Arrange cress or dandelion leaves around the edges and serve. Great for dinner if you want to avoid carbohydrates.
