Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, half and half
- 1 pack of creamed leeks, frozen, 400 g
- 1 cup cream cheese spread
- 1 cup processed cheese, herbs
- 2 bags of rice
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Leek – minced meat – rice pan
Brown the ground beef in a deep pan. Add the creamed leeks, either thawed beforehand or frozen, to the ground beef and cook. Stir in the cream cheese and let it melt. Meanwhile, cook two bags of rice. Drain the rice, add it to the ground beef mixture, and stir to combine.
