Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g turkey meat
- some salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 carrots
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- some tomatoes, dried
- some cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- 400 g rice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Cut the turkey, carrots, and leeks into strips. Season the meat with salt and pepper and brown in sunflower oil, then remove and keep warm. Lightly fry the carrots and leeks. Stir in the tomato paste and, if desired, add a few chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Season with cayenne pepper and soy sauce. Add the vegetable stock (and a squeeze of lemon juice, if desired) and the cooked rice, and mix with the turkey strips.
