vegetarian and healthy

First, make the chia pudding: This consists of just 3-4 tablespoons of chia seeds and about 200 ml of milk (almond, rice, or soy milk). Mix the seeds with the milk and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 10-20 minutes. It’s even better if the pudding can rest for several hours or even overnight. Sweeten the pudding with honey, liquid sweetener, or sugar, if desired. First, take a large glass jar. Then you can start layering: First, add about 3 tablespoons of the chia pudding to the jar. Then add some muesli. Then add a little natural yogurt. This can, of course, also be sweetened to taste. Layer a small amount of pureed berries on top. Next, add another layer of muesli, and then a few slices of banana. Then add a little more yogurt and for decoration, some fresh berries, chocolate and/or coconut flakes, depending on what you fancy.
